Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy and Execution
Planning & Execution: Develop and manage effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC (Search and Display), Social Media, and Email Marketing.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively across various channels to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation protocols to continuously optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content
SEO Strategy: Drive organic traffic through technical SEO audits, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to ensure all content (blogs, landing pages, videos) is optimized for search engines and aligns with campaign goals.
3. Paid Advertising (PPC)
PPC Management: Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn).
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and report on PPC campaign performance, adjusting bids, targeting, and ad copy to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Social Media and Email Marketing
Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategies (organic and paid) to increase engagement, brand visibility, and community growth.
Email Marketing: Oversee the creation and execution of email campaigns, focusing on list segmentation, personalization, and automated workflows to nurture leads.
5. Analytics and Reporting
Data Analysis: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console) to track, measure, and analyze performance across all digital channels.
Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports detailing campaign successes, challenges, and data-driven recommendations for future strategy adjustments.
Forecasting: Assist in forecasting marketing performance and revenue targets for digital channels.
